Due to a history in radio I've become used (addicted?!) to heavy processed audio. I use this Behringer in my home studio. Even with quite heavy compression the music keeps sounding bright and fresh, instead of turning it into a squashed mumbo-jumbo. Delicate vocals or hi-hat are as bright (or even brighter) as without. After some experimenting with settings I turned the "interactive" switch of. Turning it on made the sound somewhat dull.
