Reviews of Behringer UB2442FX Pro 24 Input Mixer with FX Feature: It provides all the features and actually much more than might be expected in a mixer at this price. Quality: This is where I'm having problems. I was quit happy with the unit, it's solid and seems well built and has been "on the road" with me. I've had it almost 6 months and it was great then all of a sudden channel 2 went dead. I tested it at home and discovered that ch 2 was intermittent, then discovered that channels 4 & 8 also might not want to work all the time. A strange problem that doesn't seem to be related to loose connections. It is now in Chicago for warranty repair and we'll see what comes of that.... Value: Despite the aforementioned problem I don't know how you could find a better value in this type of a mixer. Desirability: I like the looks of the mixer Sound: The sound replicates very well without noise. Levels and EQ adjust the way you would expect a mixer to do. Support: it took a week or so but the company seems to be wanting to help me out. Overall: A lot depends on the servicing of the unit. It's very inconvienent to not have it while it is needed. It costs me time and money to have to send a relatively new unit in for repairs.
