Reviews of Epiphone Sheraton II Archtop Electric Guitar Overall: I purchased an Epiphone Les Paul and was so impresssed with it I had to have a Sheraton II in ebony. A friend of mine stored his Gibson Les Paul Studio and ES335 at my house for a year. I became very familiar with those guitars. I wanted to purchase a Gibson Les Paul and when I got the price I was shocked. So I got two Epiphones for the price of one Gibson. It is like playing a work of art. The sounds, feel and finish of these guitars is amazing. The Sheraton is the prettiest guitar I have every seen. Mine came with a white pearl pick gaurd and truss rod cover. With the gold hardware and the inlays on the headstock and fret board, this baby sparkles. The binding is flawless and the gloss is rich and deep. I had it set up professionally and the action is low and smooth. I honestly can't believe how they can put out such a fabulous product in this price range. GET ONE!
