Quality: Beautiful finnish and it seems to me to have the quality beyond what I payed when I purchased this guitar new. If you are looking to get the most bang for the buck, then this is it. Sound: I love the 5 position pickup swith as I can vary the sound that I am in the mood for at the time I am playing the guitar Support: I really have never needed any support because the quality was already built into the product.
