Reviews of Fender DG20CE Acoustic-Electric Dreadnought Cutaway Guitar Feature: Perfectly engineered. Input placement in strap peg is handy (keeps strap from interfering), EQ placed directly in your sight, away from annoyances (hidden by strap like other similar priced ac/el's). Black colour w/ pickguard is extremely stylish. Quality: Solid top and option of black colour (along with polyurethane gloss finish) make this an axe that will definately catch your eye and crave it. Use Dunlop Formula No. 65 polish & cleaner. Value: Even Fender's recommended price of US$599 is uncontended by any worthwhile ac/el. For it's size, shape, and price this is the best value Fender ac/el, and quite possibly the best ac/el out there. Desirability: Everyone who's ever seen mine has wanted it. Sound: Thick, full sound acoustic or plugged. Sounds great with thick strings down to Martin Marquis Lights (my preference), no lighter than .012-.054mm Support: Self-caused problems before & after warranty were repaired quickly and craftfully. (Under warranty all problems dealt with without cost) Overall: Best guitar I own or ever have owned. I'd rather lose my left foot than my DG20CE, no joke.
