Reviews of Line6 HD147 Stereo Guitar Amplifier Head (300 Watts) Feature: JUST what I needed! Not too many bells and whistles, but WAY more than you'd think by looking at the panel. For example, you can change cabinets by pushing in and turning the amp model knob! Soo much is here! Quality: It aint' tubes, but you won't be changing the glass every 6 months, either! Value: Perhaps a little overpriced for a solid-state unit, but I guess we're paying for the R&D... ; ) Sound: REALLY brings out the nuances and differences from guitar to guitar. VERY detailed, and can be IRRITATINGLY so until you "iron out" the EQ for your particular rig/guitar/cabinet combo... Support: I have no experience with this except through their website. I've owned LOTS of Line 6 products, and still have an Original POD Pro, which has worked GREAT and never required service...
