Reviews of Metrophones MP Isolated Headphones with Metronome Feature: The sound isolation on these phones is great. Approximately 30 db of sound isolation makes these perfect for even loud drummers. Being able to play along to a click or tracks without blasting your head off is great. Every drummer needs something like this.But the metronome is just as barebones as you can get: combo volume on/off dial and tempo dial. That's it. One dry hollow 'click' sound. And like someone else said, the numbers aren't accurate. So you'll have to estimate w/ a reference recording or go by feel. Quality: Quality of speakers and metronome is nothing to write home about. However, the construction is VERY rugged, mostly made from off-the-shelf parts, making replacement a simple trip to the hardware store. Sound: Don't expect studio or audiophile quality sound with these puppies. They're decent, and get the job done. Overall: Great product and unique. Pretty much the ONLY cost-effective solution for drummers looking to be able to hear a metronome or music to play along to.
