Reviews of Rode NT3 Small Diaphragm Studio Condenser Microphone

Feature:
I wish it had a rolloff switch.

Quality:
The mic is well made and seems to be tough enough to live in the storage compartment of my SKB mic box,in its bag. For the money vs.bang it gets the job done.

Overall:
I own a small sound co. Since I bought this mic I have only usedit in live applications, for overhead drum application it works well.I've also always had a problem bringing percussion out to the front of a loud stage mix but this mic proved delightful at delivering the goods. I am in the process of putting together a limited recording/mixing suite at home and I intend to buy a second NT-3.
