Reviews of Roland DS90A Powered Digital Monitor Feature: NOBODY needs D/A converters in a speaker.The modeling idea [hey, i was fooled myself] is complete nonsense.You can fuck up your sound way easier......it is a sales trick NOTHING else!!! Quality: cheap housing material.i wonder who actually spent 1200 on a pair.......... Value: hmm....let's see............how would you feel having spent a lot on these and realizing that they are totally blown away by EL CHEAPO monitors half the size.........GO TO YOUR LOCAL STORE AND LISTEN FOR YOURSELF........DON"T BELIEVE THE DIGITAL HYPE!!!!!!!! Desirability: THEY ARE UGLY AND TOO BIG FOR THE POOR OUTPUT!!!!!! Sound: Sound is absolutely not living up to all hyped expectations.Do yourself a favor and listen to some monitors......bass is awful, easily distorted and weak.....no....super weak....underpowered amp....listening to these can actually make your ears bleed.... Support: ROLAND has great support and a nifty web page. Overall: i wish i had never been fooled by the speaker modeling NONSENSE.i have the 7100 and i figured Roland has cool stuff.......STAY AWAY FROM THESE!!!!!!
