Reviews of Schecter Stiletto Elite 5-String Bass Feature: It has a weird nob set up that i had to consult the site on, other than that it was easy to handle. Quality: Other than the "settling" during shipping, which gave me some problems, but once it was fixed, it was great. the finish can handle everything, including bells and whistles. Value: it well worth the low price, definitly the best 5 string ive played for under 1000, i recommend it to any intermediate bassist. i love it, and im sure it'll still be in commission for a long time. Desirability: after actually owning it and playing it, i want it. real bad. Sound: It sounds like a warwick, and like a musicman, bepending on how you play it, so for sound, other than the fact that it has a high end that is kinda hollow, which might just be my amp settings, it rocks. Support: other than the fact that it needed the truss rod adjusted, i havnt had to get support from the actual company. Overall: Its outstanding, the low price for such a versitile and punchy bass. It has a great tone and wonderful feel, very smooth from the neck thru, overall, its one of the best ive ever played.
