Reviews of Silvertone SD20 Acoustic Guitar Feature: The package came with a nice tuner, picks, a string winder, a vinyl bag , a learning CD and 2 sets of extra strings. The CD is great. I am a beginner and found it to be very helpful. The vinyl case is almost useless. I keep mine in the box it came in. It makes a better case. Quality: The guitar is really pretty. Mine had one tiny pit in the finish, but it is barely noticeable. Value: I am very pleased with the guitar. I think it would be hard to find a better value in an acoustic. Sound: Clean, crisp sound. The sustain is remarkable. Support: Silvertone's support has been great. There are backing tracks downloadable from their web site. Overall: I plan on using this guitar for a long time.
