Quality: strings snapped first day used but bought new strings and works fine. Value: bought for $317. works great. got my moneys worth. Desirability: attracting body. cought my eye and had to have it. Sound: gives off a nice tone. Support: never contacted them Overall: exept for the strings breaking this product has a great range of voices. Had an older fender before and this product is just excellent.
