Reviews of Tascam PS5 Pocketstudio5 4-Track Recorder Feature: I like that I can organize verses, choruses and so on.And plus you can tell the backround istruments what notes to play. The only thing is that it only has limited backround rhythms to each genre of music. Quality: All parts still working fine, had for 2 years. I have never dropped it though. One problem I had was a pattern loading error which apparently ment I lost the pattern and beats from the card. The manual didn't say much about the error. But All I had to do was connect to the pc and copy and paste the missing pattern from the tascam software onto the card. Value: I really don't know what other recording products have. So I don't know if others have more or less features. Desirability: I can't wait to put my music on the computer. Sound: I thought the sound is pretty good on this product. Overall: I have to say I enjoy using this product. There are some limits to it but there is still lots of room to be creative on it.
