I have had it for about a year now, I gig without a backup. Value: The best sound, touch, and overall value on the market today Desirability: I have the one that is wood, and I feel it looks good on stage or in my studio. Sound: The Piano sound is amazing!!! Support: My P120 took forever to be shipped because when I bought one there was such a demand for this baby I talked to the service people at Yamaha about 5 times and each time they were pretty helpful.
